Job summary

Vantage North in Mesa, Arizona seeks a Staff Product Manager with a strong fintech background to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle. You will translate business goals into product strategy, drive roadmaps, and partner with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-impact financial products.

You will mentor junior product managers, champion data-driven decision making, and ensure compliance with fintech standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years of product management experience.
• Strong knowledge of fintech products and services.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and strategy for assigned fintech products.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps aligning with business goals.
• Conduct market research and incorporate customer feedback into roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into specifications.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
