MX is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Data, to own the end-to-end lifecycle of major product initiatives. You will translate strategy into measurable, customer-focused execution, collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and operations to deliver scalable financial technology solutions.

You will build product roadmaps, mentor junior PMs, and drive key metrics like Net ARR Growth and retention, ROI, and margins, influencing MX's growth and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related technical or software product management.
• 8+ years owning and delivering end-to-end software products at the product level across the full SDLC.
• Experience creating PRDs, wireframes, and technical specs.
• Experience defining market viability and leading go-to-market launches with cross-functional teams.
• Experience tracking core product performance metrics (ARR, engagement, ROI).

Responsabilités

• Own and execute end-to-end product strategy and delivery at the product level, driving features from discovery and ideation to general availability and continuous refinement
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback intake to define, align on, and prioritize complex business problems to solve
• Create comprehensive PRDs and partner with Design to build wireframes, UX prototypes, and high-fidelity, build-ready designs
• Partner closely with Engineering during the build phase to remove operational roadblocks, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure high product reliability prior to release
• Coordinate limited releases, customer pilots, and go-to-market launches in partnership with Marketing, measuring post-launch outcomes to feed insights back into the product lifecycle
• Establish methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for new assignments, coordinating cross-functional activities across internal and external networks
• Serve as a functional team lead by mentoring, coaching, and elevating less experienced product managers across the product management discipline
• Track and manage core product line metrics, including Net ARR Growth, Net ARR Retention, Gross Margin, Product ROI, and product‑specific engagement/conversion KPIs
