Collectors is seeking a Staff Software Engineering Manager to lead the vault and fulfillment software engineering team. You will own the WMS and vault services, drive reliability and scalability, and partner with product to shape the roadmap.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes AI-first approaches to boost delivery speed and quality. The role supports remote or hybrid work; on-site presence may be required for near-term collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading software teams (Engineering Manager or equivalent).
• Experience with high-reliability systems for physical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow vault and fulfillment software engineering team.
• Own the WMS, its integrations, and fulfillment platform end-to-end.
• Oversee vault services used across the company.
• Partner with product to shape the roadmap for vault and fulfillment.
• Champion AI-first engineering to boost productivity.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of systems.
