Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/environmental engineering or related field; or equivalent.
• Florida PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate departments, agencies, consultants on water and wastewater project planning, design, permitting and construction.
• Prepare and coordinate written/verbal plan-review communications with developers and contractors.
• Review and design plans and technical specifications for utility infrastructure projects.
• Develop procedures, specifications, construction details, vendor lists and forms.
• Coordinate permitting and track progress of projects.
• Oversee specification conformance with inspections staff.
• Respond to public inquiries with quality customer service.
• Communicate effectively in a strong team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
