T&M Associates is seeking a motivated entry-level engineer to join our Water / Wastewater department based out of any of our NJ offices (hybrid)! This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to advance their career, learn, and grow within an engineering consulting firm. Responsibilities include the design of water and wastewater treatment facilities, linear infrastructure, pump stations, as well as condition assessments and field inspections, as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering is required.
• Engineer in Training certification is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is strongly desired.
• Detail-oriented with a strong command of design principles and the ability to develop neat and accurate design calculations.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers and senior management as a team player.
