Job summary

Enboarder is hiring a Member of Technical Staff to build and operate automation that keeps third-party and open-source dependencies patched and shipped on time. You will own feature-level work on pipelines that discover vulnerabilities, decide upgrades, open fix PRs, and track fixes through production artifacts.

This role targets engineers strong in pipelines and automation and offers growth into software supply chain security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering with strong Python and Java.
• Reading fluency in Node.js, Go, or Ruby.
• Hands-on data pipelines experience with batch or streaming data.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with automated tests.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration and analytics engines.
• Strong SQL skills with non-trivial joins, window functions, and CTEs.
• End-to-end ownership of features from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to data pipelines ingesting vulnerability data, manifests, SBOMs, and deployment metadata.
• Build and maintain batch and streaming jobs with idempotent steps and retries.
• On-call for the pipelines you own and reduce toil through automation.
• Write scripts and small services that interact with many repositories and open PRs.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with automated test coverage for remediation PRs.
• Collaborate with service owners to land dependency upgrades and triage breakage.
• Create design docs, runbooks, and PR descriptions; keep docs current.
