Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience developing and implementing manufacturing processes in high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of lean six sigma, DFMA, DFSS, and manufacturing systems design.
• Experience leading projects with scope, schedule, and budget responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute scalable torque tool strategies across multiple sites.
• Lead deployment, implementation, and long-term support of torque tool systems.
• Integrate torque tools with ERP/MES for data collection and control.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and IT teams.
• Create standard work procedures, PM plans, and programming standards.
