Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a dynamic Subject Matter Expert to represent the brand onsite at General Motors in Bowling Green, KY. You will engage with the customer to optimize torque tools and fastening equipment, delivering measurable improvements to operations.

You will report to the Site Manager and work on 1st shift, leveraging your 3–5 years in manufacturing automation, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read schematics to keep tooling running and data flowing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, tooling, or data collection systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused with proven service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador: Interface with the customer to promote Atlas Copco’s tooling solutions.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Diagnose and fix tooling, fastening, and basic network connectivity problems.
• Networking Support: Configure and troubleshoot Atlas Copco tools and software within the customer’s network.
