Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of total experience.
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Expertise in modules such as ITOM, GRC, HRSD, ITSM, Service Portal.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Jelly, AngularJS, and other ServiceNow-specific languages.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one main ServiceNow module (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, IRM, GRC).
• Experience with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management) modules.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Exposure to Agile and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in scripting with JavaScript, Glide, and using Flow Designer.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Ability to mentor team members and ensure high standards of delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Thorough understanding of functional requirements and client needs analysis.
• Designing comprehensive solutions based on functional and non-functional requirements, selecting appropriate technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
• Implementing design methodologies and utilizing suitable toolsets.
• Coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities to enable application development.
• Leading or supporting UAT and production rollouts.
• Creating and validating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and effort estimates, providing justifications.
• Addressing issues proactively, responding positively to setbacks with a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Providing constructive feedback and setting clear expectations for team members.
• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
• Proposing solutions during code and design reviews and justifying decisions.
• Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate design and technology choices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
