Technical Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow Development, specializing in Service Portal, HRSD, and Integrations. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems. Strong understanding of ITIL principles. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience in configuring ServiceNow using scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS). Effective communication with users, technical teams, and management. Mentoring team members and ensuring high standards of delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Write and review high-quality code.
2. Thoroughly understand functional requirements and analyze client needs.
3. Design overall solutions based on functional and non-functional requirements, selecting appropriate technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
4. Implement design methodologies and toolsets.
5. Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities to enable application development.
6. Lead/support UAT and production rollouts.
7. Create and validate WBS and effort estimates for modules/tasks, justifying estimates.
8. Address issues promptly, respond positively to setbacks, and pursue continuous improvement.
9. Provide constructive feedback and set clear expectations for team members.
10. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
11. Propose solutions during code/design reviews and justify decisions.
12. Conduct POCs to verify that suggested designs and technologies meet requirements.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
