  • Provide direct, hands‑on technical support through face‑to‑face discussions, lab debug, and rapid issue resolution.
  • Drive early identification and mitigation of system‑level risks related to signal integrity, power, timing margins, performance, and reliability.
  • Serve as a primary technical interface between Micron and the customer for LPDDR engineering topics.
  • Clearly communicate Micron LPDDR architecture, design intent, and silicon behavior to customer system and silicon teams.
  • Translate customer system observations and requirements into actionable engineering inputs for Micron internal teams.
  • Prepare concise technical summaries, debug reports, and customer‑facing documentation to support alignment and decision‑making.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in DRAM or memory product engineering, design, or system‑level support roles.
  • Deep technical understanding of DRAM architecture, LPDDR products, and memory subsystem behavior.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage directly and effectively with customer engineers.
  • Ability to work independently and drive complex, cross‑functional issues to closure.
Preferred Qualifications
