Dune is building market data solutions for institutional customers who need timely, accurate and reliable financial data they can depend on. Our team turns onchain activity into realtime feeds and associated reference data along with historical data capture.

Qualifications

• Built and operated distributed backend or data services with high reliability.
• Experience with realtime streaming systems, concurrency and recovery.
• Strong CS fundamentals; backend engineering skills; Rust/Go valuable.

Responsibilities

• Design and build distributed ingestion, normalization, processing, storage of realtime market data.
• Build and operate streaming solutions with event ordering, timestamps, duplicates, replay, gaps, recovery.
• Develop reliable client feeds and APIs with clear delivery contracts and schema evolution.
• Partner with teams on reference data models and historical data capture.
• Define service objectives and data quality measures; instrument latency and correctness.
• Debug independently and perform root cause analysis; own services in deployment and on-call.
