Job summary

Venture Global LNG is seeking a Staff Engineer, Production to support safe and reliable operation of its LNG liquefaction facility in Arlington. You will drive adoption of new engineering systems and digital tools, bridging technical development teams with end users.

The role blends deep production engineering with a growing suite of digital tools to optimize plant performance in real time, requiring data-driven decision making and collaboration with IT, BI and operations personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering with data/automation experience.
• 5–10 years in change management, technology adoption or digital transformation.
• Knowledge of production systems and key process equipment; strong data skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools and systems to track LNG production performance and create dashboards.
• Lead adoption strategies, training, and stakeholder engagement across teams.
• Translate operating data into actionable insights to improve reliability and throughput.
• Collaborate with IT, BI and engineering to drive tool adoption and decisions.
• Travel to Louisiana LNG facilities as needed.
