Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Cameron, LA is seeking an Associate Production Engineer to join our team with travel as needed. The role supports transitioning the facility from EPC to operations and ongoing production targets.

Reports to the Manager of Production Engineering and will engage with cross-functional teams to optimize availability and reliability of the CP Facility LNG Trains, while contributing to production improvements and KPI attainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Process/Chemical or Petroleum Engineering.
• 1–4 years’ experience in a process plant environment would be a plus.
• Oil and Gas experience is required, LNG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of facility production forecasting and mass/energy balance models.
• Develop and maintain tools for production, environmental and compliance reporting and KPI monitoring.
• Coordinate with maintenance, gas supply, commercial operations and finance on facility operations and reporting.
• Provide day-to-day troubleshooting support to operations and help develop Production Plan.
