What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead engineering teams and provide direction across multiple areas of focus

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in at least two modern programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or C#
- Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience within a Java framework
- 4+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
- 3+ years of experience in architecture and design of systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
- Knowledge of DevOps concepts and Azure DevOps Operational Framework
- Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments
- Familiarity with security protocols and products, including Active Directory and OAuth
- Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
