What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead engineering teams and provide direction across various projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience within a Java framework
- At least 4 years of experience in open-source frameworks
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with system architecture and design
- 3+ years of experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency and specialization in at least two modern programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or C#
- Experience with micro-services architecture and extensible REST APIs
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and Azure DevOps Operational Framework
- Knowledge of security protocols and products, including Active Directory and OAuth
- Proficiency in leveraging PowerShell scripting
