Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years in IT development or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or Data Engineering is required.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams preferred.
• Experience with banking/regulatory compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning of technical solution design.
• Design reliability and recovery procedures.
• Develop ETL/data pipelines for data across Western Alliance Bank and partners.
• Collaborate with product owners to understand business requirements.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and production support.
• Perform data exploration and profiling using Databricks.
• Ensure data solutions align with governance and architecture.
