Job summary

Google is seeking a senior engineering leader within the Gemini Android and Chrome Integrations domain. You will steer a newly formed team, shaping agent development and infrastructure with Google Cloud partnerships for enterprise surfaces.

You will guide architecture and coding while mentoring engineers, influencing platform strategy and cross-team collaboration. This role blends hands-on technical work with leadership across GenAI/Cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in people management.
• Experience with software development in web (JavaScript/TypeScript, React), iOS (Swift, Objective-C), Android (Kotlin, Java), backend or ML services.
• Experience building and shipping consumer-facing software products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define the strategy and technical roadmap for the team.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching to a team of strong engineers.
• Build relationships across the larger organization and influence technical decisions and priorities.
• Manage team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Contribute to technical work, and review code developed by other engineers to ensure best practices.
