Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with high voltage packaging and aero hardware preferred.
• Strong CAD experience with NX, SolidWorks, and CATIA.
• Proficiency with eCAD tools (Altium, Cadence, Allegro) and harness design.
• Ability to work cross-functional in a fast-paced, agile setting.

Responsibilities

• Design complex electro-mechanical solutions for high voltage power electronics packaging and aircraft integration.
• Perform analysis to ensure survivability in harsh environments (structural, thermal, vibration, PCBA).
• Ensure avionics meet DO-160, DO-254, DO-178C, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461 compliance.
• Own design work from concept to verification and validation.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers and PCB designers to meet product demands.
• Work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
