Job summary

Rehlko Company seeks a Staff Engineer – Electrical Engineering to design and implement engine electrical components, sensors, actuators, wiring, and control software. The role focuses on model-based development, calibration, and validation for engine control systems and powertrain applications.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in EE/CS/ME with embedded systems emphasis.
• Experience in automotive/powertrain or commercial vehicle apps.
• Proficiency with model-based software and CAN/diagnostic standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical components and controls for engines.
• Develop calibration and software for engine fuel injection and control systems.
• Create test specifications, verification plans, and test environments.
• Collaborate with suppliers and integrate software into final product.
• Perform hardware/software verification and diagnostics.
• Support hardware-in-loop and software-in-loop validation.
