Job summary

Apollo.io is seeking a senior leader to steer detection & response (D&R) strategy, building robust detection systems, automation, and investigation tooling. You will own the detection architecture, security observability, and incident response readiness, mentoring engineers and advancing detections-as-code with AI-augmented workflows.

The role requires extensive experience in detection engineering or incident response, strong Python/Git/CI-CD skills, and a track record of handling high-severity

• Strong Python, Git, CI/CD, and detection-as-code skills on SIEM (Panther valued).
• Experience leading high-severity incidents in cloud and SaaS environments.
