Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms.
• Experience designing and operating large-scale PaaS or cloud-native platforms.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, Java, C#.NET, or PowerShell.
• Experience with GitOps and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
• Strong observability, security, and reliability focus.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

• Influence and build technical vision with engineering teams, product partners, and leadership to solve complex platform challenges.
• Architect scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
• Lead design sessions and code reviews that elevate engineering quality across the organization.

• Champion observability, security compliance, and production reliability across all platform services.
• Adopt and promote AI-driven development practices to accelerate delivery and improve developer experience.
