Capital One is seeking a Senior Director, Staff Engineer to lead technical strategy across Customer Management and related platforms in a cloud-enabled environment. You will mentor senior engineers, drive architectural excellence, and partner with product to scale offerings across channels.

You will codify capabilities, mentor leaders, and push for innovative, data-driven decisions leveraging GenAI tools and modern engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 9+ years of software engineering and solution architecture.
• 9+ years of enterprise architecture and design patterns.
• 9+ years of experience with Javascript.
