Arm-Group-LL is seeking a Staff Engineer to support a broad range of solid waste and environmental projects. You will collaborate with engineers, scientists, PMs, CAD designers, and staff to deliver design drawings, reports and permit applications.

Travel to field sites and occasional overnight stays are expected. The role emphasizes applying civil and environmental engineering principles, updating reports, and working on several projects concurrently while developing technical solutions and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Self-starter with strong communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Desire to work on multiple projects in parallel.
• E.I.T. certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and update design drawings and investigation reports.
• Observe and monitor field work to analyze possible problems.
• Perform and/or check technical calculations.
• Apply civil and environmental engineering principles to develop solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, letters, emails, permit applications for projects.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deliverables and gain experience.
• Communicate with stakeholders including project managers and engineers.
• Travel to job sites and occasional overnight stays.
