Job summary

Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering with cross-team architectural impact.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale systems with modern practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering; MS or MBA preferred.
- Strong background in web and mobile product delivery across industries.
- Proficiency across multiple languages and frameworks.
- Experience designing scalable distributed systems (microservices, REST/GraphQL).
Responsibilities
- Provide cross-team architectural leadership across engineering groups.
- Lead resolution of large-scale redesigns and distributed systems issues.
- Develop multi-quarter roadmaps with measurable objectives.
- Contribute code to critical infrastructure and high-priority initiatives.
- Evaluate new tools and architectural approaches with pilots.
- Promote testing, security, observability, and deployment quality.
- Mentor senior engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and security to align technical solutions.
