You will coach engineers, cast vision with the Central Team Leader, and drive API standards and technical roadmaps to support scalable, secure integrations across Life.Church platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Senior engineering skill set required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the platform engineering team and align efforts with the Digital Product strategy.
• Coach engineers through performance development plans and hiring processes.
• Maintain the technical roadmap and API standards for scalable integration across Life.Church platforms.
• Drive cost stewardship and manage technical debt among teams.
