The Senior Staff Software Engineer is primarily responsible for leading large‑scale technical solutions across multiple engineering disciplines, shaping technical strategy, creating alignment across teams and influencing senior leadership decisions. The role drives technical excellence throughout the organization while serving as a key technical authority and mentor.

• Lead large-scale technical initiatives that span multiple teams and engineering disciplines.
• Shape technical strategy and create alignment across teams and platforms.
• Serve as a trusted technical authority within your domain.

• Influence technical decisions at both the engineering and leadership level.

• Mentor engineers across levels and disciplines, helping grow both technical skill and leadership capability.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to align technical direction with broader priorities.

Technical Experience

• Backend systems (distributed systems, APIs, cloud architecture).
• Mobile platforms (Flutter/Dart, iOS, Android).
• Web platforms (React, Node.js, scalable web architecture).
• System design across complex, multi-platform environments.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred.
• 9+ years of related work experience.
• Previous experience as a Staff Engineer or equivalent level.
• Track record of leading large, cross-team technical initiatives.
• Ability to influence technical direction beyond a single team or domain.
