Job summary

Amazon’s Bee team seeks experienced full-stack engineers to own ambient AI platforms across wearables, apps, APIs and enterprise deployments. You’ll lead end-to-end ownership, collaborate with PMs, designers and hardware engineers, and shape how users interact with always-on intelligence.

You’ll focus on performance, privacy, and developer experience, scale from individual users to enterprises, and move fast with startup-like autonomy within Amazon's resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

Responsibilities

• Developer Experience: build the API, SDKs, docs and observability to empower developers and enable production-ready apps.
• Accessibility & Impact: create access programs and tooling to make ambient intelligence usable for memory-challenged and accessibility-first users.
• Enterprise AI Products: develop tools for enterprise teams to adopt ambient AI across workflows and improve adoption.
• Growth: drive user acquisition, engagement, retention and monetization through data-driven strategies and technical implementations.
• A day in the life: collaborate with product, design and hardware engineers; own outcomes; ship quickly with startup-like autonomy.
