You’ll own end-to-end delivery of prior auth workflows, Epic integrations, and the AI agents that handle patient calls and texts. You’ll ship to production quickly and directly impact clinicians and patients.

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals and love for building things.
• Learning velocity; ability to pick up new domains quickly.
• Curiosity about product and users, not just code.

Responsibilities

• Ship well-scoped features and fixes independently with test coverage.
• Work AI-native from day one, using Claude and Cursor as core tools.
• Learn the domain deeply: pharmacist workflows and why tickets exist.
• File bugs and UX issues proactively.
• Advance through code reviews and pairing with senior engineers.
