Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited program required; MS preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in advanced development.
• Strong background in simulations (Systems/Engines) and power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Develop control and monitoring algorithms for power conversion and generation.
• Create tools to support the engineering organization and troubleshoot issues.
• Design predictive maintenance and optimization algorithms for reliability and cost.
• Develop models in Simulink and deploy C++ code via automatic generation.
• Validate algorithms in simulation and hardware; integrate designs into code bases.
• Develop internal PC-based tools to accelerate design work.
