Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a seasoned AHU engineer to lead multiple related projects, including product development, R&D, data analysis, and seismic compliance.

You will manage schedules, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive lab testing of product performance while balancing engineering, project management, and data analysis duties. The role requires at least 8 years in AHU design, strong time management, and travel up to 10% with potential international travel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What you will do

Take the lead on multiple AHU related projects that include: Product Development, Technology R&D, Product Data Analysis, Engineering data management, product Seismic Compliance efforts, and laboratory testing of product performance.

This Engineer is responsible for their success in achieving project results, maintaining their project schedule, in addition to contributing to the objectives of the AHU Business. They will have technical, commercial and schedule responsibilities for the team and will coordinate activities with other Engineering or AHU business members. This position is a blend of working Engineer, Project Manager, Data Analyst, Researcher and facilitator.

What we look for

SALARY RANGE

$100,000 - $167,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
