They will have technical, commercial and schedule responsibilities for the team and will coordinate activities with other Engineering or AHU business members. This position is a blend of working Engineer, Project Manager, Data Analyst, Researcher and facilitator.**How you will do it*** Lead by example, challenge yourself and provide suggested paths forward on projects.* Provide technical leadership as an Engineer* Exercise understanding of product implementation, manufacturability, compliance requirements and costing* Collaborate with other teams and individuals for knowledge & resources.* Execute multiple projects, provide guidance, priorities and identify challenges.* Communicate project status and estimated work content to be consistent and predictable.* Demonstrate good decision making and critical thinking skills* Adhere to the Company's Business Ethics Standards**What we look for****Required*** Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field of study or equivalent experience.* Minimum of 8 years’ experience in AHU design or in a related field.* Great time management skills with a desire to learn and expand existing knowledge base.* Travel, approximately 10%. Some international travel may be required.**SALARY RANGE**: $100,000 - $167,000(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
