Qualifications

• Elixir/Phoenix/OTP production experience.
• Staff-level technical leadership in production environments.
• Distributed, high-throughput system design and operation.
• Event-driven architecture with streaming platforms (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
• Strong SQL fundamentals and PostgreSQL experience.
• Cloud experience (GCP) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Observability and incident-management mindset.
• Experience with AI-assisted development patterns is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
