Job summary

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience with a BS in a STEM discipline
• 8 years of System Engineering experience with a MS
• 6 years with a PhD in engineering
• US Citizenship and DoD Secret clearance
• Ability to read electrical schematics and block diagrams
• Hardware and software design experience
• RF theory and test & measurement fundamentals
• Onsite work in Baltimore, MD

Responsibilities

• Understand design to cost, scope, and schedule
• Define requirements for test hardware and software from specs
• Design electromechanical test fixtures and software
• Provide manufacturing support during hardware build
• Integrate test fixtures and software into a functioning solution
• Certify test equipment and software per customer requirements
• Deploy test systems and provide factory support
• Troubleshoot root causes of system-level issues
• Participate in design reviews and peer reviews
• Lead test hardware/software design activities from requirements to verification
