Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to a cross-functional cloud, datacenter, and infra team.
• Manage Jira project plans, sprints, backlogs, and prioritization.
• Oversee datacenter IT stack: compute, storage, networking, virtualization, observability.
• Translate customer requirements into hardware and IaaS design plans.
• Define acceptance criteria with product owners and system engineers.
• Mentor staff, enforce configuration management and traceability.
