Job summary
Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Staff Engineer Electronics – Mission Integration to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position can be located in San Diego, CA or Melbourne, FL.
The selected engineer will lead an interdisciplinary team on key efforts to develop novel Electronic Warfare subsystems on developmental NGAS programs. The successful engineer will contribute to the overall development of HW/SW subsystems, including developing functional
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 12+ years of engineering experience, or advanced degree with commensurate experience.
- Experience with Electronic Warfare, system requirements decomposition, and supplier documentation.
- Active Top Secret SCI clearance with SAP access or ability to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Technical management of partners and suppliers, including system integration and test support.
- Lead discussions with customers and coordinate with management and sub-teams.
- Translate customer requirements into hardware/software specifications and perform risk analysis.
