ALSO is seeking a Staff Electrical Test Engineer, Test and Validation in Palo Alto to lead EE module validation from prototype to production. You will strategize validation plans, build automated test setups, and collaborate with hardware design to ensure high performance and reliability across micro-mobility platforms.

You will drive test coverage, document DVRs, and apply DFx principles with cross-functional teams to meet industry standards and customer expectations. "

Qualifications

• Proven track record in planning and executing EE verification and validation.
• Hands-on hardware debugging and failure analysis experience.
• Familiar with test automation and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop validation plans for EE modules and PCBAs.
• Design benchtop test setups and fixtures for validation.
• Perform electrical characterization and root-cause analysis on prototypes.
