In this position... Systems and Electrical Engineering spans a diverse range of critical customer-facing attributes, hardware, and software domains. This team will be highly technical in nature and will come from engineering and data centric team environments that have had to deliver the holistic end to end engineering life cycle from ideation through design, engineering, test and ensuring efficient industrialization.
As the Staff Systems Technical Program Manager, you will be the central point of leadership and accountability for the successful execution of complex electrical systems deliverables. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and program management skills to guide cross-functional teams through all phases of the product lifecycle, from concept to production. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring alignment, managing risks, and driving innovation within the electrical hardware systems organization.

This position is a leadership level 6 and ranges from $150,200-$283,500. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
