As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead and manage complex engineering projects, including setting timelines, budget, and coordinate with cross functional teams on studio design, engineering, manufacturing, testing and supply chain. You will be working on a small high performing team to deliver fully integrated EV vehicle exterior systems that achieve aspirational targets associated with cost, weight, efficiency, and exceed operational tolerances required to deliver the ambitious project scope. This team will be highly technical in nature and will come from engineering and data centric team environments that have had to deliver the holistic end to end engineering life cycle from ideation through design, engineering, test and ensuring efficient industrialization. This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $138,800-$232,700. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate’s skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
