Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or NPI.
• Experience in rapid scale up of a new product.
• Knowledge of analog and digital circuits, power devices, and control systems.
• Hands-on with high voltage equipment testing in lab environments.
• Ability to manage projects independently and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage new NPI project transfers to Bloom Manufacturing and CM’s.
• Develop interconnect wiring diagrams/schematics, wire harness drawings, and test procedures.
• Lead electrical team and perform failure analysis with corrective actions.
• Develop BOMs, ECNs, and Deviations; manage changes.
• Develop test equipment from concept to commissioning and train manufacturing personnel.
