Job summary

You will assemble, troubleshoot, and test electro-mechanical modules, read schematics, route harnesses, and collaborate with engineers to improve products. This hands-on position offers growth and exposure to power electronics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical and electronics schematics accurately.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools and equipment used in electro-mechanical assembly.
• Experience working with Power Electronics products and PCBA soldering and de-soldering.
• Education: AA degree or 3 years of equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in component-level troubleshooting and repair, with at least 5 years in the field.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, troubleshoot, and test complex electro-mechanical and power conditioning modules.
• Work closely with Engineering and NPI teams to determine optimal component layouts and assist in documentation.
• Read electrical and circuit schematics proficiently to ensure accurate assembly and troubleshooting.
• Route electrical harnesses in a clean and logical manner, maintaining high standards of organization.
• Perform routine tests on finished assemblies or sub-assemblies to verify functionality and quality.
