Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Staff Electrical Engineer to specify, design, develop and install data-collection devices for solid rocket motor burn performance. You will create PCBs, firmware, and FPGA code for manufacture and testing, including safety‑critical designs.

You may supervise technicians during instrumentation installation and motor testing, and you will develop software for data collection, plus provide detailed technical documentation and training to staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years designing, developing, and installing sensors for data on system performance.
• Proficiency with NI LabVIEW or NI DAQmx or equivalent data acquisition systems.
• Strong knowledge of signal conditioning, ADC, and analog/digital electronics, and data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current equipment; identify inefficiencies; design instrumentation to meet needs.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop accurate, efficient equipment meeting safety/usability standards.
• Design and test prototypes of equipment including PCBA and electrical systems.
• Oversee implementation of new measuring devices and control systems; ensure proper testing.
• Draft technical documents, reports, and testing results for approval.
• Provide training on devices to employees/customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
