Job summary

Palmetto Subacute Care Center is seeking a Staff Educator/RN Supervisor to lead clinical staff training and orientation. This role plans, organizes, and implements skills trainings and ensures competency for new hires, while coordinating with HR on hiring processes.

Experience in staff development is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is an asset, and Point Click Care knowledge is a plus. This position focuses on educational strategies to drive quality improvements within the facility.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current RN license in Florida.
• Experience in staff development/education preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Staff Educator/RN Supervisor Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Registered Professional Nurse’s license in the State of Florida
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and mature judgments.
• Prior Staff Development/Education experience Preferred.
• Point Click care preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish
