Job summary

Integritus Healthcare is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) for full-time placement in North Adams, MA. The role focuses on coordinating in-services, orientation for new hires, and serving as an educational resource for staff in a skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications include a nursing degree and MA RN license, with a preference for 5 years in long-term care and CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification. A sign-on bonus is offered and weekly pay is included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Current Massachusetts nursing license as an RN.
• Five (5) years Long Term care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage process for mandated in-services.
• Coordinate orientation for all new hire employees.
• Acts as a resource person for all staff regarding educational needs/requirements.
• Handles Stepping Stone program and other educational initiatives.
• Performs other duties as needed or as assigned by the administrator.
