Job summary

• Serves as the Staff Director and first-line supervisor for personnel assigned to the DRPM-UxS.
• Provides day-to-day direction, professional development, and operational output of the subordinate workforce, translating executive intent into coordinated action through personnel management, performance oversight, and team synchronization.
• Coordinates and directs human capital actions, security clearance processes, career development, and staffing assignments while preserving the technical authorities of designated functional leads.
