Job summary

Raft is seeking a Staff DevSecOps Engineer to design and maintain secure, scalable platform infrastructure across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments. You will automate software delivery, infrastructure provisioning, and security integration while partnering with software and cybersecurity teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps or related field.
• 5+ years deploying Kubernetes and Docker in production.
• Experience provisioning, hardening, and maintaining compliant Kubernetes clusters.
• Cloud experience (AWS or similar).
• IaC with Terraform/Ansible.
• CI/CD with GitLab Runners and security integration.
• Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain IaC for distributed microservices lifecycles.
• Architect, deploy, and manage Kubernetes platforms across AWS and other clouds.
• Design and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines with testing, security scanning, and release management.
• Implement and mature GitOps workflows with modern tooling.
• Deploy and support platform hosted services for multi-tenant tenants.
• Build highly available production-grade Kubernetes clusters with security compliance.
• Provide multi-tenant access to cloud-native services securely.
• Develop automation to improve platform reliability, scalability, and ops efficiency.
• Configure Kubernetes networking (Calico, Cilium)
• Deploy observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, Fluent Bit, Loki, Kibana).
• Collaborate with software, platform, and security engineers across lifecycle.
