Zusammenfassung

Ladders is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to strengthen cloud infrastructure, delivery automation, and operational reliability in a modern enterprise environment. You will partner with engineering teams to improve deployment practices, observability, resilience, and incident readiness, while offering technical leadership.

The role is remote with collaboration across teams on Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD tools.

Qualifikationen

Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.
Experience designing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
Strong knowledge of Azure or other public cloud platforms.
Experience with Terraform and observability stacks, including ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Understanding of SRE principles and incident response practices.
Security-first mindset with experience in infrastructure security and compliance.

Aufgaben

Contribute to DevOps and SRE initiatives for cloud infrastructure.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Implement observability and logging solutions.
Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
Troubleshoot and operate Kubernetes clusters.
Collaborate with developers to enhance system resilience.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
