Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and prioritizes the facility's educational needs via needs assessment.
• Develops training plans with Compliance Officer and leaders.
• Plans, schedules, conducts, and oversees orientation programs.
• Develops refresher training and tracks attendance/completion.
• Collaborates with managers to develop competencies for residents' needs.
• Assists Administrator in evaluating training program effectiveness.
• Maintains training records and related materials.
