Windsor Health & Rehabilitation Center in Salem, OR is seeking an experienced Staff Development Nurse / Infection Preventionist (RN/LPN) to lead clinical education and infection control initiatives.

The role requires nursing leadership or supervisory experience, with a focus on mentorship, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement within a skilled nursing environment. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon RN or LPN license
• Nursing leadership or supervisory experience required
• Experience with staff development, training, or clinical education preferred
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Infection prevention experience preferred

Windsor Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Staff Development Nurse / Infection Preventionist (RN/LPN) to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys mentoring staff, promoting clinical excellence, and leading infection prevention efforts in a skilled nursing environment.

Nurse management or supervisory experience is required.

What You'll Do
