Job summary

Rivian Automotive is seeking a Staff Development Engineer to lead hands-on prototype vehicle development, commissioning, and debug across vehicle software, instrumentation and test assets. You’ll build and ready test systems for field and track use, including ADAS assets and OTA updates.

You will diagnose vehicle-level issues, create instrumentation, and support cross-functional teams, with up to 50% travel to remote events and proving grounds.
